  Yes, as a hotel guest, you can safely store your own bicycle or e-bike in the hotel's locked and secure bicycle storage facility.

  Yes, the bicycle storage area is covered and well-lit, so your bicycle or e-bike can be left dry and secure.

• Is the bicycle storage facility locked?

  Yes, the bicycle storage area is locked and secure, so you can store your bicycle or e-bike with peace of mind during your stay.

• Do I have to pay extra to use the locked bicycle parking facility?

  No, hotel guests are not charged any extra for this.

• Can I charge my e-bike (battery) at the hotel?

  You can charge this in one of the power outlets in the room.

• Does the hotel offer bicycle or e-bike rental?

  Yes, we offer two types of bikes: the Gazelle Orange, or you can enjoy pedal assistance with the Gazelle Grenoble.

• Does the hotel offer a service or pick-up service in case of a flat tire or defective bike?

  Of course, we’re here to help if your bicycle is defective or has a flat tire. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution and support you wherever possible.

• Are child seats available for the bikes?

  No, there are no child seats available.

• What are the rates for renting bicycles and e-bikes?

  Prices for hotel guests:

  Gazelle Orange 7-speed bicycle at € 15.00 including account discount
  Gazelle Grenoble e-bike with electric assistance at € 28.00 including account discount

  Prices for walk-in guests:

  Gazelle Orange 7-speed bicycle at € 20.00 per bicycle per day (€45.00 deposit)
  Gazelle Grenoble e-bike with electric assistance at € 33.00 per bicycle per day (€65.00 deposit)
  You can cancel the bicycles/e-bikes free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day of rental.

• Does the reception have bicycle routes available?

  Various cycling routes are available at the reception.

• Does the hotel offer packed lunches for on the go?

  Yes, we offer packed lunches, which can be reserved at our reception.

• Can I reserve the packed lunch in advance?

  Yes, you can reserve this in advance.

• What does a packed lunch usually contain?

  Two pieces of fruit, a bottle of water, a can of soda, a sweet snack and three sandwiches.

• Is it possible to customize a packed lunch to suit dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)?
